Issue of Share Certificates

Oxonica Ltd. will no longer be using Computershare and CREST (Certificateless Registry for Electronic Share Transfer) to maintain its database of company shareholders. The database will henceforth be managed internally by the Company Secretary, as will transfers of share ownership and changes in shareholder information.

We are writing to all shareholders registered through CREST to provide physical share certificates which will replace electronic registration of shares. Shareholders should receive their share certificate(s) within the next few days.
