In September 2009 Oxonica concluded an agreement with Croda plc, under which it has assigned all patent rights, trademarks and know-how associated with Optisol™ and Solacor™ technologies for applications in personal care and polymers. 

Croda will exclusively market and distribute the products to all global markets and pay royalty fees on sales to Oxonica.
