Oxonica is an advanced materials business with two operating divisions: Nanomaterials and Diagnostics. The Group has its headquaters in Oxford (UK) and has US operations based in Mountain View, California.
2008 - 2009 has seen significant progress being made in the execution of Oxonica’s strategy to find a partner for the Diagnostics and UV Absorber businesses, which will bring on-going revenue to the Group through patent licencing agreements. These, together with the recent sale of the Energy business have brought considerable reductions in operational overheads and will align the on-going cash needs of the Group, with anticipated revenues from royalty agreements.
